Ali Fraley is the Vice President of Learning & Development at Axle Logistics. She is responsible for overseeing and driving continuous growth throughout all facets of organizational development which include talent recruitment, human resources, internal development training, organizational branding, and community engagement. Utilizing 15 years of third-party logistics experience and an educational foundation in communications, Ali’s focus since joining Axle in 2016 is to support the strategic growth plans of one of Knoxville’s Top Workplaces and one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. She holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, is a Knoxville 40 Under 40 recipient, and received the YWCA Tribute to Women award for Business & Industry.
