Reviewbox CEO & Founder, Dr. Jim Horey, is an emerging thought leader in e-commerce and is passionate about helping brands scale e-commerce with data science. Formerly a researcher at Oak Ridge National Lab, he helped federal agencies solve “big data” problems.  Later, he served as VP of Data Analytics for Cirruspath, leading data analytics and software development. With his entrepreneurial spirit he began to develop Reviewbox when a customer disclosed his frustration with monitoring reviews across platforms.Today, he is fully immersed in e-commerce and speaks to brands on how to leverage ratings, reviews, and other data sources to succeed online. Speaking engagements include Cleveland Research Institute’s eCommerce Summit, eCom Advisory’s Omnichannel Sales and Marketing Forum, Powderkeg Nashville, and Digital Food & Beverage. He also helps mentor entrepreneurs at the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center. He spends his free time with his family and participating in long distance races.
