Jenna is the COO of RDI Technologies, Inc. and manages the strategic vision and execution of RDI’s internal operations. She is dedicated to ensuring that RDI’s customers get the best product, support, and experience possible. As one of the co-founders of RDI, Jenna has grown the company’s operations, finance, marketing, manufacturing, and customer service departments from 3 to 50 people and landed on the Inc. 500 List of Fastest Growing Companies in 2019 and 2020 at spot number 33 and 301. She is passionate about growing businesses in the Knoxville community and is actively engaged on the Board of Directors for the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center.
