Bailey Foster

Bailey Foster is the founder of Real Good Kitchen, a community kitchen and culinary incubator opening in Knoxville in 2019. Real Good Kitchen provides high quality, shared commercial kitchen and storage space, as well as industry-specific technical assistance and business development resources, to established and emerging food entrepreneurs. Real Good Kitchen addresses an existing need in the market while also driving economic development and creating greater equity, opportunity and financial stability for more people through food. A graduate of Davidson College and Columbia University, Bailey has worked in book publishing in New York City, managed Trader Joe’s stores in the San Francisco Bay Area and directed client services for a consulting and software company. After her return to Knoxville in 2013, she was responsible for developing a public communication, outreach and advocacy program for the Knox County Public Defender’s Community Law Office. She currently serves on the board of the Friends of the Knox County Public Library.
